Here is a little behind the scenes peek into my studio in Shanghai, three small scale test prints for an exclusive pop-up exhibition at Art House Shanghai, alongside international artists Fred Van de Walle (Belgium), Ye Fan (China), and Shin Yatagai (Japan).

The three pieces from the Clay Cliffs series that exemplify my Origin Image methodology. These works represent a dialogue between Eastern and Western artistic traditions, where New Zealand's dramatic landscapes are interpreted through the lens of Chinese Shanshui principles.
Using AI as a collaborative tool and incorporating intentional camera movement, these pieces challenge traditional landscape photography conventions, creating meditative spaces where solid forms dissolve into atmospheric abstractions.

This intimate showcase brings together diverse perspectives in contemporary visual arts and photography, reflecting Shanghai's vibrant international art scene.
