Pleased to announce the launch of Culture Focus, tours, travel, and workshops. Shane Hulbert & I will be partnering with Reho Travel to deliver international photographic experiences that will deepen your photographic practice and your appreciation for contemporary photography, culture, and art. Our four pillars LEARN+SHOOT+CRITIQUE+CONNECT best captures the experience. We offer on location workshops and one on one focus sessions to help you develop your photography skills and knowledge in some of the most iconic cities and locations in the world. Imagine a workshop, a residency and a tour rolled into one. While we want to push our participants creatively this will all be scaffolded in a supportive environment, pre-departure workshops will cover planning, from the practical to conceptual, equipment choice, even photo craft so when you arrive, you arrive ready. While on tour we will offer critique sessions, to show and share in either a group setting or one on one…LEARN+SHOOT+CRITIQUE … and then +CONNECT, we end the tour in Arles at Les Rencontres d'Arles. Connect will mean different things to different people, for some it will be connecting with the ambiance and energy of an international festival, or it might be glimpsing a world-famous photographer you’ve idolised all your life or maybe it’s getting to share a glass of Ricard in the town square with a gallerist who is interested to see your work (yes it happens)
