As I prepare to travel from Melbourne to the vibrant city of Sharjah (UAE), I am honoured to participate in the Xposure Festival, a distinguished event that stands as a testament to the region's dedication to fostering artistic expression. Sharjah, a cultural epicenter in the Middle East, offers a unique platform for visual storytellers to connect with a global audience.
My exhibition, "Coastal," explores the profound connection between humanity and nature, emphasising its significance and importance in our lives. Through digital technologies like real-time live layering, I delve into how our perceptions of nature are mediated. Each piece in the series is a limited edition, meticulously crafted to invite viewers into a sensory dialogue with the environment.

In the days leading up to the festival, I will be sharing insights into my creative process and the narratives behind each work on Instagram daily, and here on LinkedIn less frequently. These updates are designed to offer a richer understanding of the themes I explore and the techniques I employ.
Exhibiting at Xposure is not merely about showcasing my art; it is about engaging with a community that values the power of imagery to transcend cultural and geographical boundaries. I am eager to connect with fellow artists, academics, and enthusiasts, fostering conversations that inspire and challenge.

Thank you for joining me on this journey. Stay tuned for more updates, and if you find yourself in Sharjah, I warmly invite you to experience "Coastal" firsthand.
